That's why I am committed to always using professional photos for every listing, no matter the list price.
Most buyers spend their days scrolling listings on their phones quickly in between work meetings and while waiting in line somewhere.
That means they're likely only looking at your house for 30 seconds until they're off doing the next thing!
If your photos don't grab their attention in that short amount of time, there's a good chance they'll never look at your listing again 😳
Don't let all the hard work of preparing your home for the market go to waste with iPhone photos. Make sure your agent values professional photos! And if they don't, remember...I do for EVERY home.
