⁠1. Hire a GREAT agent! Not only can they give you expert advice and guide you through the pre-market strategies and the transaction. They can also create demand for your listing to increase your net proceeds. ⁠

⁠2. Do repairs before listing your home! Studies show that buyers want a home that's move in ready. Even if you offer an "allowance" for repairs, it can decrease the amount a buyer is willing to pay for your home. Just take care of it prior to save yourself a lot of headaches and potentially a lot of money - not sure what you should repair and what you should leave? Don't worry - we discuss this during your Seller consultation.⁠
