"I don’t want to sell your house."
I can't believe I said those words out loud to my client.
And it wasn't because they were terrible to work with and I thought they'd work better with a different agent.
It was because I wanted what was best for them. You see, we went over all of their goals, their current life situation, and their equity. And after reviewing everything, I really believed the best thing they could do is to keep their current house and take out a HELOC to buy another so their first home could create rental income.
Now of course, the decision is completely theirs, and if they still want me to sell their home, I will happily sell it.
But my job first and foremost is to advise each client, to give them my best professional advice, and support their decisions.
Real estate done right is less about sales and more about support.
I want to give you the best advice so you can make real estate decisions with confidence, even if that means never putting a for sale sign in your yard.
If all of this feels backwards to you and you've never seen an agent share things like this, it's because I aim to do real estate differently. No pressure, no haggling, no fluff. Just listening and offering the best professional advice.
If you have questions or want help deciding what steps to take next in your real estate journey, DM me and let's chat!
