Because cute Reels don’t write offers, and emojis don’t negotiate repairs.
Sure, you’ve probably seen me on Instagram—making Reels, posting stories, maybe dancing terribly or chasing one of my dogs through a listing. And yes, sometimes it’s a little silly (I’m looking at you, Quincy 👀). But here’s the truth: I don’t show up on social just to go viral or get likes. I’m not doing this for clout—I’m doing it for connection.
💬 Real Estate, But Make It Relatable
Social media is a tool—a powerful one. It helps me market homes, build trust, and show you exactly how I work. The videos? They're not just for laughs (though I love a good laugh). They're showing off the light in that primary suite, the vibes of a neighborhood, the real behind-the-scenes of buying or selling in Denver.
Every post has a purpose:
When people know who I am and how I show up, they remember me—and they remember my clients. That kind of visibility? It helps your offer stand out.
🛠️ I Use Social With Strategy
Social isn’t all I do. It’s not even most of what I do. I’m out there showing homes, writing strong offers, navigating inspections, solving problems, and sharpening my skills every single day. I’m negotiating in yoga pants and doing final walkthroughs with a measuring tape in one hand and dog treats in the other. I hustle for my people.
But I do use social to show up with transparency and heart—because if you’re trusting me with one of the biggest decisions of your life, you deserve to know the real me. And I’ll be honest: if I can make you smile while also teaching you something helpful? That’s the sweet spot.
🐾 Also, There Will Be Dogs
Let’s not kid ourselves—Lily, Finley, and Quincy are stars of the show, and they’re not going anywhere. Expect pups, Peloton moments, and maybe a margarita or two when the week calls for it. But alongside the fun, expect real advice, honest market updates, and a go-to girl who is always in your corner.
If you're into smart moves, real conversations, and maybe a few bad dance moves... follow along. I’m not just here to be seen—I’m here to help you succeed. And I’m so glad you’re here. 🏡✨
