The most important part of the buyer consult 🤩

When I sit down with my buyers to talk about what they’re looking for in a house, I really pay attention

I ask lots of questions and follow up questions.

I want to know what kind of lifestyle they want to have in the home they purchase.

From that, I can help steer them in the right direction and notice the little things that will contribute or take away from that lifestyle we talked about.

For example, if my clients are in high-powered, demanding careers that require a lot of travel, they probably don’t want to get themselves into a house that will require a lot of maintenance or major updates. In that case, they’ll probably want to stay away from fixer uppers or extremely outdated kitchens. They instead may want to focus on location, low maintenance yards, and being near an airport and having home features that help them relax after a busy week of travel.

If you’re thinking about starting the home buying process send me a message & we can coordinate some time to discuss more about what YOU need. Then we can do a deep dive and determine what you’re going to want to focus on when house hunting!
