About Angelica Olmsted

Angelica’s path into real estate is rooted in a life full of diverse experiences and a deep appreciation for what “home” means. Growing up as an Air Force brat meant constant moves, and later, her time serving in Morocco with the Peace Corps shaped her love for service, connection, and seeing the world through different lenses.

Her first year as a REALTOR® was a strong one — Rookie of the Year — but for Angelica, it’s never just about numbers. It’s about listening, learning her clients’ stories, and helping them move toward the future they imagine.

Before real estate, she spent nearly a decade at booj, a real estate tech company later acquired by RE/MAX, where she worked behind the scenes to build tools agents still use today. Now, she combines that tech-savvy background with her energetic, relationship-first approach to make the buying and selling process approachable (and even fun). She’s spoken at Inman Connect and RE/MAX conferences, always bringing a mix of practical advice and real-world perspective.

Community work is close to her heart, and she serves on the board of the Professionals Miracles Foundation, supporting children in the Denver Metro area facing critical challenges. Outside of real estate, you can find her on a beginner-friendly 9-hole golf league, embracing both the fun and frustration of the game.

Angelica is a Colorado State University grad and also sailed around the globe with Semester at Sea, giving her a wide-angled perspective that she carries into her work and her life.

At home, Angelica and her husband Tyler (a Colorado native) share life with their two dogs, Finley and Quincy. Their first pup, Lily, will always be part of their family story. When she’s not with clients, Angelica loves traveling, Peloton workouts & trying new recipes.
